Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase.

To do so, email [email protected] with your order number. We will confirm the instructions within 24–48 hours.

Condition of the product: it must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging.

Refund: once the return has been received and checked, we refund the order amount to the same payment method within 14 days at the latest.

Faulty or wrong product

This is different and you pay nothing. If the product arrives damaged, faulty or is not the one you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of receipt. We send you a new one, without you having to return anything or pay any cost.
