What data we process and why

• Order data (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address): to manage your purchase, send you the product, keep you informed about tracking and handle returns or warranty claims. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Payment data: handled directly by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your card details.
• Your account (email): so you can sign in with a one-time code and see your orders. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• News and offers (email): only if you tick the box when creating your account or sign up in the welcome pop-up (in exchange for the discount code). You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email. Legal basis: your consent.
• Messages you send us: to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent when writing to us.
• Billing data: kept for the period required by tax and commercial law.

Who we share it with

• Stripe (payment processing).
• Cloudflare (website hosting).
• Resend (sending order and account emails).
• Supplier and carrier: only the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your order.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores your cart in your browser so you do not lose it and, if you sign in to your account, a technical session cookie (30 days) that is deleted when you sign out; the payment gateway may use technical cookies needed to process payment securely.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local data protection authority.
