1. Products and prices

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices, but the price that applies is always the one in force when the order is placed.

2. Purchase process

Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email. The contract is concluded at that moment. If a product is not available, we will let you know and you can choose to wait or receive a full refund.

3. Payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown during checkout. Payment is processed through a secure gateway; we do not store card details.

4. Shipping

Delivery times, areas and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase. The conditions are detailed in our Refund Policy.

6. Legal warranty

All products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity established by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

7. Dispute resolution

Users may use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on the Protection of Consumers and Users.
