1. Products and prices

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices, though the price that applies is always the one in force at the time you place your order.

2. Purchase process

Once your order is complete you'll receive a confirmation email. The contract is considered concluded at that point. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and you can choose between waiting or receiving a full refund.

3. Payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown during checkout. Payment is processed through a secure gateway; we do not store card details.

4. Shipping

Delivery times, areas and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. The conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Legal guarantee

All products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity established by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

7. Dispute resolution

Users may turn to the European online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on the protection of consumers and users.
