Delivery times and shipping costs

We prepare your order within 1-2 working days of confirmation. Usual delivery takes 8 to 15 working days from that point.

Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping area: we ship to Spain and most European Union countries.

Taxes and customs: import duties and all applicable taxes are included in the price you see. You won't have to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.

What if my order is delayed? If you haven't received your order after 20 working days, write to us and we'll sort it out: a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
