Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase.

To exercise it, write to us at hola@sunriseit.es quoting your order number. We'll confirm the instructions within 24-48 hours.

Condition of the product: it must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging.

Refund: once we receive and check the return, we'll refund the order amount to the same payment method within 14 days at the latest.

Faulty or incorrect product

This is different, and here you pay nothing. If the product arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, write to us with a photo within 14 days of receiving it. We'll send you a new one, with nothing to return and no cost to you.

Legal guarantee

All our products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity.
